La Laiterie is a café & bakery where we draw inspiration from the culinary traditions of Brittany, a region in northwest France known for its world-class food culture.

After taking 2025 off to find our permanent location, La Laiterie plans to re-open its doors Spring 2026 in Jonesboro, Maine. 

In addition to bringing patisseries, breads, and coffee back to the community, we’re excited to expand the menu to include savory and lunch options! Follow along as we embark on our next chapter.
